These terms apply when you use the website at vulnaratechnologies.com, run by Vulnara Technologies, a micro enterprise registered under Udyam (MSME), registration number UDYAM-JK-11-0024606, and based in Kulgam, Jammu and Kashmir. By using the site you agree to them. How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy notice.

Information on this site

We keep this site accurate, but it is general information about us. It is not advice about your systems and it is not an offer. Examples, such as sample findings, are illustrative.

Engagements and projects

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Security testing and software projects start only once both sides have signed a written agreement that sets out the scope, dates, price and terms.

Nothing on this website authorises anyone, including us, to test a system. We test only what the owner has put in scope, in writing.

Our products

Plumb, Aegis and imgosint are in development, in early access or coming soon. None is on sale or downloadable from this site yet. Features, platforms and prices we describe are plans and may change. “Plumb” and “Aegis” are working names. Each product will come with its own licence or terms at release.

Our founder’s record

The CVE credits, halls of fame, recognitions and press coverage on this site were earned by our founder as an independent security researcher, from 2022 onwards. Naming an organisation does not mean it endorses us.

Using this site

Please use the site as it is meant to be used. In particular, do not:

  • try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the services behind it;
  • scrape it at high volume, or copy it to pass yourself off as us;
  • send spam, malware or other people’s data through our forms.

Found a security problem? Good-faith research is welcome under our responsible disclosure policy.

Names, logos and content

The Vulnara name and logo, the text, diagrams, 3D renders and code of this site belong to Vulnara Technologies. You may link to any page and quote short passages with a credit. Please do not use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you. All other trademarks and logos, such as Apple, NASA, Arm and the tools we use, belong to their respective owners, and showing them implies no endorsement.

We link to other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using it or relying on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a disagreement comes up, write to us first and we will try to settle it directly. If that fails, the courts of Jammu and Kashmir, India have jurisdiction.
